Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY: Our Shipping is free for our customers that spend over $25.00. In stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, except holidays. For orders above 5 pieces, we deliver within 7-10 days. We ask for all customers to be patient during this time.

If you are placing a Bridesmaids order, please order as early as possible (at least 1 month before) to avoid any timing delays or conflicts with your Wedding Day or Bridal Event. 

We are unable to accept cancellations of orders. We only accept returns.

Holiday Shipping: In the event there is a major Holiday within the month, packages may be delayed due to courier shipping as well as the volume of sales that are incurred during the Holidays. In this event, shipping may take additional time + courier shipping may be delayed. If your package is late, we will not refund your order. Your order will be sent and confirmed delivered.

Return Policy

Astor Chic is committed to customer satisfaction, so if your order is not quite right for some reason, it can come back to us anytime within 15 days of the item delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we'll give you a full refund. The refund amount is the amount charged to your credit/debit card.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible please follow the following 3 step process:

1. Please contact us via astorteam@astorchic.com to let us know to expect your return (include your name, your order number). Do not return the item before sending us this email and receiving a reply confirmation from astorteam@astorchic.com.

2. The customer will be responsible for returning the product and the return shipping cost. Please contact us to provide you with the return address.

3. Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card as soon as possible after receiving the returned items. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days for it appear on your credit card account statement.


Damaged Items: Unfortunately, and despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you notice that an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear digital photos showing the damage. Our customer care team will advise you on the next steps. Please note this will only apply if we receive an e-mail within 48 hours of order delivered to your address. The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We may arrange to replace the product (subject to availability) or provide you with a full refund of the purchase amount. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

Our rights: We inspect all returns and reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the return condition. When purchasing from www.astorchic.com, you accept these terms and conditions. 


INCORRECT ADDRESS: In case you may have indicated the wrong shipping address on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make sure your order gets to the right address. In your e-mail please include your order #, and incorrect address, and please include the new address you would like us to ship your design to. This must be done before your order has been processed. You may email us at astorteam@astorchic.com to update your address within 24 hours of placing your order. Astor Chic will not be held liable or replace or refund or provide store credit for shipping errors made at checkout by the buyer as we do ship our orders fast, so will need to be contacted ASAP to make any changes to the error.

Pre-Order Items

Before Ordering, Please read the Terms and Conditions below:

1. Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout. 
2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.
3.  We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 2 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
4.Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 2 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs)
5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 
6. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
7. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.
